Here at Purr AGA Services, we aim to deliver a quality warranty to match the quality cookers that we supply. Although problems are rare, for your peace of mind, we offer all cookers (Oil, Gas & Electric) supplied by us (Purr AGA Services), within a 25-mile radius of WR11 4JT, with a full parts & labour warranty for the first 12 months.
Oil & Gas cookers, supplied by us, also benefit from a further 4 years for parts only, subject to the cooker being regularly serviced by us, in line with our service intervals below. (Please note, there may be a travel surcharge for services outside the 25-mile radius of WR11 4JT).
If you have any issues with your new cooker, please contact our office on 01386 41235 and we will strive to remedy your issue as quickly as possible.
(A charge may be payable if our engineer finds misuse, third-party alterations, or no fault when attending the call out.)

Gas AGAs - every 12 months
Electric & EcoAGA – No service needed!
Exclusions
This warranty does not cover the following:
Routine servicing.
Consumable parts (including but not limited to); door liners, lid liners, lid pins, thermocouples, ignition electrodes, leads, oil filters, wick,
Accidental damage, impact, or misuse (including but not limited to); corrosion or cosmetic damage, to any parts of the cooker, caused by incorrect cleaning chemicals.
Indirect or consequential loss.
Any work or parts completed or supplied by the customer or a third party, unless Purr AGA Services have given written approval prior to this work being carried out.
External services (including but not limited to); gas supply, oil liners, oil tanks, oil filters,
Incorrectly installed or poorly maintained flue systems, including the fitting of or use of unsuitable products or materials.
Commercial use (our cookers are intended for domestic use only)
Cookers fitted or used without adequate ventilation.
